We are going to the coushatta this weekend to throw some money away gambling. Any recommendations for restaurants, things to see /must do's around the area. Want some good crawfish for sure. Never been. Would like to pick up some fresh authentic boudain as well.

Big Sky is good for steak and the seafood buffet at 7 Clans is not bad in Coushatta. Snow Crab Yumm! And they should have crawfish too. If you go through Lake Charles on I-10, Steamboat Bill's has pretty descent fried seafood and might have good crawfish (haven't tried 'em there). If you go up Hwy 12, make a stop at David's BBQ in Dequincy for some smoked boudain. It's gooood! It's a little bitty place right after the RR tracks on the right. I've seen people post about good crawfish in LC, but I don't remember the name of the place. Oh and about sight seeing.... I rarely leave the casino so I'm no help there.

Although it's been eight years, I hope you had an amazing time throwing some money away and enjoying the thrill of gambling. While the thread might be old, the memories are timeless. If you're still into casino gaming, you might want to check out https://www.nodeposit365.ca/casinos/stakes-casino/ for information on casinos like Stakes Casino. They provide insights and updates on various gaming platforms. As for your quest for delicious crawfish and authentic boudin, I hope you were able to find some amazing spots back then. Exploring local Cajun markets and specialty shops is always a great way to discover fresh and authentic culinary delights.
