So when you're playing 7 card stud..
Is there Big/Small blinds?
does everyone HAVE to put in an into before the first three cards are dealt?
After the betting finishes for the first three cards, who does the dealer deal to first in the fourth street? same with the fifth, sixth and seventh street.
