When you bluff you should look to do so against as few opponents as possible - just one other player is best. This will minimise the chance of someone looking you up. It's pretty pointless to bluff against maniacs or morons, so limit this strategy to opponents who show weakness, or at least some sign of paying attention to the way you conduct yourself at the table.
