FLOP: 10:club: 9:diamond: 6:club:
BB bets .25, UTG+1 calls, CO calls, I raise to $2.25, BB calls, UTG+1 calls, CO folds.

TURN: 7:heart:

Checks to me and I never know what to do here/how much to bet.

Flop raise big enough? How much to bet the turn? Plan for the river?

check. You can make your flush draw with overcards to board, and you stand the chance of someone catching 2pr or an overpr to the flop when you hit your flush, and they'll pay you off. You do not want them to fold to a bet here.
