I think I wouldve checked behind him at the turn. Theres a good chance had the flush draw and now hit his flush. Why not check and hope to fill up? if he has the flush, hes going to bet fairly big at the river and you can raise him all in.
If you dont fill up, you can decide if you want to call or not based on how much he bets. I dont think I would want to bet my whole SNG this early, based on whether or not I believed he really had the flush.

If he had a set, youre going to get him all in at the river anyway since he wont believe YOU have the flush (unless a 4th heart hits)

I think you want to use your position to your advantage here.
