* If no one has raised, put in a 3xBB bet, plus one BB for every limper. So with 2 limpers on a $10/$20 table, you should raise it up to $100.
* If you are under the gun or the table has folded to you, usually a 4xBB bet will do the trick.
* If someone has raised in front of you, you should ALWAYS re-raise them back.
* In the unlikely event of a raise and a re-raise in front of you, assess the situation and make the decision as to whether you need to be involved in the hand.
