HELP needed please answer this question ???

    I have a 10c and a 5s.

The other guy has 10d and a 7s.

    The cards on the table are a 2d, 8d, 10s, 10h, 9c

Would this be a split pot or would the other guy win?

I believe it would be a split pot since the highest 5 card combination would lead to a split pot.

I think that it would be a split pot because you both have Three of a Kind. The other card doesn't matter unless it has another card to pair with so.
